Cassette awning

The essential feature of a cassette awning is a protective cassette which, when retracted, accommodates or encloses the fabric shaft, the folding arms and any technology and thus effectively protects the awning from rain, wind, storms, dirt and other environmental influences. This is also extremely practical in winter, as the entire construction, including the electronics, is safely protected from frost, snow and winter storms via the cassette. A special roll-up technology removes dirt particles, dust and leaves from the cassette awning when it is retracted. This makes the awning extremely easy to care for, as it rarely needs to be cleaned. In addition, the colour of the awning fabric fades less quickly than with an awning that is permanently exposed to a wide range of weather conditions. The overall service life of cassette awnings is therefore particularly long.
