The sail is attached to the house wall via two brackets like an sun sail, without an unsightly slope running across the terrace. A Somfy electric motor is installed in the axle, which drives the sail with a radio hand-held transmitter if desired. A unique selling point on the market is the tensioning rope on which the canvas is extended; there are no excess rope strands here. During the development, the emphasis was deliberately placed on a central tensioning rope and thus on a single mast. In its entirety, the design of the sail appears compact and without any disturbing components.
Square4sun Cross: In order to have an unobstructed view of the surrounding landscape, the mast position is outside and the length of the pull ropes can also be individually adjusted.
Square4sun Cross Pro: Here the position of the mast is in close proximity to the sail, but still far enough away to ensure an unrestricted view. The tension connection to the sail is shortened.
Square4sun Line: The position of the mast is frontal to the sail, which means that an even greater outreach of the sail can be achieved.
The premium canvas is made of the high-performance fabric WeatherMax 80, which is particularly breathable and extremely waterproof. With a fabric weight of 270 g/m², the material is not only extremely tear-resistant, but also has a very high stretch-back behaviour. The membrane is virtually mould-proof and offers glare and UV protection at the highest level. Four standard colours are available for individual adaptation to your outdoor area: White, taupe, beige, graphite. In addition, a further 16 special colours are optionally available.
For C4sun sun sails, you can choose the ideal tension pole for your needs from 4 different basic poles. The types differ primarily in their internal and external weights. The outer weight is a visually appealing marble ball in different colours. Inside the mast, weights made of lead work with the so-called pulley principle, which keep the sailcloth under tension and effortlessly balance even strong wind conditions.
